WhatsApp campaigns to your customers, on Meta-approved templates.

Send a campaign to your store’s customers, to shoppers who left a cart, or from an Excel or CSV file, over the official connection. ATMET Chat spreads the sending within your daily limit and leaves out everyone who asked to stop.

Who can you send a campaign to?

To customers who agreed to hear from you. Each variable in the template is tied to a column in your file or to fixed text, so every message carries its own person’s details.

  • Salla, Zid and Shopify stores: your store’s customers, or shoppers who left a cart — from Plus
  • And from Pro for stores: an Excel or CSV file you upload
  • Businesses without a store, on every plan: an Excel or CSV file, and importing contacts from a file once you confirm they agreed

Why does a campaign need a Meta-approved template?

Meta allows marketing messages to a customer who hasn’t written to you only on a template it has approved. So campaigns go out over the official connection (WhatsApp API) only, on an approved template, and never over ATMET Chat channels.

ATMET Chat checks the template is still approved before every message. If Meta pauses or rejects it, the campaign stops and you get an email.

What does a campaign cost?

Meta charges for each marketing message by the customer’s country, and you pay Meta directly from the payment method on your WhatsApp Business account. ATMET adds no markup. The campaigns themselves are part of your plan, with no extra ATMET fee.

How many customers can you message a day?

Meta sets how many customers you can start a conversation with in 24 hours: 250, then 2,000, then 10,000, then 100,000 and up. The limit is set for your business portfolio on Meta, so all your numbers share it.

ATMET Chat reads your limit from Meta, and a campaign bigger than your limit is spread over several days. If the limit is unknown, it sends 250 a day. You can also set a daily cap per campaign that leaves room for your store’s own messages, and sending hours for each day of the week.

How does ATMET Chat keep your number safe?

A campaign sent too fast, or to customers who don’t want it, is the quickest way to get a number restricted. So:

  • Sending is gradual: one message a second. A number on the WhatsApp Business app always stays gradual; faster sending is for API-only numbers
  • A customer who writes "stop", «توقف» or «إلغاء» is taken out of campaigns and reminders, and comes back by writing «اشتراك» or "start"
  • The campaign pauses on its own if Meta pauses the template, the payment method fails, the account is restricted, or the same error happens five times in a row — and you get an email
  • An abandoned-cart campaign skips customers who bought
  • A warning before launch when the template’s quality is low, and a filter for customers who got a marketing message in the last 7 days

What have campaigns brought stores?

Sales from campaigns

275K+ SAR

Sales from orders placed within 7 days of a campaign message reaching the customer, across every store that uses ATMET Chat, counted since July 2026, as one total with no names. The same «Revenue from ATMET» rule as your dashboard: when a customer got more than one message, the order counts for the last one.

Questions about campaigns

What merchants and business owners ask before their first campaign.

No. ATMET Chat sets no limit on how many campaigns you create, but Meta limits how many customers you can message in 24 hours. A campaign bigger than that limit is spread over several days.

No. Campaigns go out only over the official connection (WhatsApp API), on a template Meta has approved. ATMET Chat channels carry your store’s notifications and your replies, not campaigns.

Yes. Pick when it starts, and optionally the hours it may send on each day of the week. Outside those hours the campaign waits rather than stops.

When a customer writes only a stop word — "stop", "unsubscribe", «توقف», «إلغاء» and similar — their number is taken out of every campaign and reminder. Meta’s own stop button counts too. They come back by writing «اشتراك» or "start".

Yes, on every plan: send campaigns from an Excel or CSV file of customers who agreed to hear from you, and import those contacts into your customer list.

Only for messages sent over the official connection (WhatsApp API): Meta charges for template messages such as campaigns, and for replies after the first 1,000 each month per number. You pay Meta directly from the payment method on your WhatsApp Business account, and ATMET adds no markup. Messages over ATMET Chat channels carry no Meta charge.
