5. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription Plans: Our Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Plan details and pricing are available at atmet.app/pricing.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize the payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You are also bound by the payment processor's own terms of service and privacy policy.
Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle. Our payment processor handles all invoicing, VAT/tax collection, and payment compliance.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Access may be suspended if payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts.

•A material, demonstrable failure of our platform that prevented you from using core features, reported within 7 days of the billing date
•Duplicate charges due to a billing error
Free Trials: We may offer free trial periods. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
To submit a refund request, contact support@atmet.app with your account email and description of the issue. Refund requests are handled in coordination with our payment processor.
